# Thanks for the ingame breaktime

The length of time my hero freezes is terrible ( every single cast). During this cast I was able to stretch,pop my knuckles,walk to the kitchen ,open fridge and grab a soda, check my phone , and still had to wait 20 more seconds. I quit playing because this is every time I cast my hero. Please dont tell me its normal because its not.

Maybe read from the top, as well.
I guess I see that you have Dawnbringer, as well - has this always happened, or just recently?
(Sorry for many edits) It might help the Devs help you if you use the Bug Reporting template as well.

Im not on pc .Im on xbox1. Only a hero cast issue

I personally dont need to see all the nonsense graphics. Example is screenshot. Let my hero do the damage and move on.

Can you please try the following?

If that doesn’t help please try turning your animation speed down and let me know if it makes a difference.
How much free space do you have on your Xbox?
