In PvP defense play ground, it always defaults to central spire no matter what you select. If you pick Guild War and then even play a battle, after you return to the screen, it reverts back to your central spire teams. ---

Not sure it’s a bug and more a QOL that it should save what you last selected. That being said, I did a PvP battle in Aidania and it was still Aidania when I came back. Didn’t change to C.S till I exited Testing Grounds and came back. ---

You are correct about other “pvp” regions but if you do a guild war testing battle it goes back to central spire right after
