**Platform, device version and operating system:**
PC - Win10 1903.

How about video? [- YouTube](https://youtu.be/W0BUD9L6rdc)

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**
_REPLACE THIS TEXT WITH YOUR ISSUE. e.g. This is simply what you were trying to do and what happened instead. ‘I was trying to start an Arena battle, but Gems of War loaded Broken Spire quest instead!’_

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?** Everytime I start the game. It started 3 weeks ago, cleared up for a while, and then came back today, April 19.

**Steps to make it happen again**
It starts when I connect my Xbox controller. After I do that, then the next time I start GOW, I am unable to control most screens with mouse and keyboard.

This seems to be a technical issue, I’ve replied in your other thread, let’s keep the conversation in one place to make it easier 🙂
