# \[Tech Issue\] Unknown error when launching the game

**Platform, device version and operating system:**  
Mobile, Sony Xperia, Android 9

**Screenshot or image:**

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
When launching the game on mobile, i get this Unknown error. Pressing Retry button starts the game loading.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Almost every time. Nine times of ten i would say.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Kill the game and start again. Unknown error appears.

“Unknown error” usually means that it’s having problems getting a signal from either wifi or mobile data.
