# \[Submit a ticket\] Can't log in Don't know how to fix

I try to log in and it tells me it’s failed, sometimes with an error code sometimes with unresponsive server, it’s been happening all day now and I have no idea how to fix it. The error code is 0102 and it often says the server is unresponsive/timed out.
