I am not 100% sure either but my 5 cents would be because it can get unfortunate outcome. Not only by publishing other games, but it can have a domino effect, other gamers might want to show their games and use the boards for it etc. So the section does not matter much when it comes to _streaming other games_. So basically every game that drags the attention away from GoW on these boards is bad attention.
