# Still cannot sign onto chat

Platform: Kindle Fire

Error message says my name “contains bad words” - LISARWEN\_SEXC. Does not like the “SEX” word it assigned to me.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Started a few days ago. Happens every time I try to enter chat

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Click on the chat icon.

Please force quit/reopen the game and try again. Your invite code has changed
