# Steam Controller Doesn't work

**Platform, device version and operating system:**  
Windows 10, Steam

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
I expect the controller to work, it does not.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
100% of the time

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Try to use a steam controller

I have tried many options and configs, nothing makes the controller work other than configs that map buttons to mouse movements which are apparently against ToS.
