Hi, Just came here to say that my Steam account _(created in the year 2003)_ has just recently been hacked. Valve notified me of hacking attempts coming from Romania that were successful in gaining access to my Steam account. I am extremely diligent with account security and typically rotate ~25 passwords over the years. According to my spreadsheet there were only two accounts using the compromised password: > **[Yahoo | Mail, Weather, Search, Politics, News, Finance, Sports & Videos](https://www.yahoo.com/)** > > Latest news coverage, email, free stock quotes, live scores and video are just the beginning. Discover more every day at Yahoo! [steam.com](http://steam.com) [Yahoo hit in worst hack ever, 500 million accounts swiped](https://www.cnet.com/news/yahoo-500-million-accounts-hacked-data-breach/) Recommend changing your yahoo password and any other accounts that used the same password. Best Wishes, -Dave ---
