The upcoming mythic in January will start things off with a bang. A looping dragon that will work just like Beetrix because 16 gems of a single color will work very well in the right circumstances, along with nice traits. Essencia will provide it with a half mana start and a light storm, Venerablix can be used as an empower and your hero could provide more damage or support. Yeah, that sounds like a promising Dragon’s Claw team.🐉
That Goblin (still wish they kept 3 goblins in a trenchcoat) is honestly better than Faerie Gobmother. If you shiny level it, 3 wish gems with a double poke of true damage or exploding brown gems is very powerful. You have the unlucky chance of adding life, but this could make goblin teams see some use again.🧟♂️

The first thing that goblin brought to mind for me was Princess Fizzbang. And the “Three Goblins in a Trenchcoat” blows her out of the water, even though the two are technically the same rarity.

Can somebody tell me why we need _another_ weapon that explodes purple gems and summons a Sin of Maraj troop for the Raidboss event in ~10 days?
Sure, at least the developers this time managed to have the weapon’s colors be different from the previous iteration of the same. But if there was anything resembling Quality Assurance from these developers, surely somebody could do a quick double-check to see that we’ve had that weapon before and it ought to be time to move on to the next (useless) iteration.
Nor is this the first time. But maybe if I make mention of this ~10 days in advance, the fix can be made early enough to forestall the inevitable complaining if it gets ret’conned.

The explode/summon/status effect weapons are actually useful and get used, which is unlikely to be the case for whatever it’s replaced with.

The next family of weapons are those useless hit 2 enemies boosted by ally troop type, never worth using IMO.
It was really annoying the last time they changed a weapon like this, because it would have been a useful weapon for Mydnight. It got changed to a useless weapon because it was the same as Mystic Manuscript, a non-Mydnight weapon.

I remember that. The weapon was originally a lot like daisy’s cudgel. “But we already have a weapon like that with the same colors.”
Don’t put weapons like that out of context. Within Mydnight restrictions, we desperately needed mana accumulation. The haunted doll somewhat saved that kingdom from utter disaster because you can use geomancer to give it a half mana start.
But people need to be careful about what they say in the forums. The devs don’t understand the game on the same level that we do in terms of gameplay. I would say that over 95% (maybe more 🤣) of the troops and weapons are useless and are just trophies that we collect.

If it was a Friday Monthly Mythic, I’d probably say this is nice for a new player. But for Gold Marks? another pass for me
Pros & Cons:
- Not generic damage but…
- Not particularly useful
- Geheron is one of the inner color zones.
Furnax might end up as another Leonis Tower Stoneskin/Invulnerable troops that doesn’t do much.
Abaddon’s 3rd trait is just sad.
Not the worst PvP season to sit out…

Just posting it incase it doesn’t get fixed… regular/shiny spell are the same. Was 3 Wish Gems before

I know it’s too early to tell, but if it is really GW monetisation, then it will be the end of our B1 guild. GW should require skill, not money!

Looks like some of this is for the new “bastions” we have to buy and upgrade, to counter enemy tactics, and it’ll be linked to guild wars, possibly. Like our guild wars will be attacking the enemy bastions (guild keep), or something.
Not sure how this new guild war is gonna work, but some stuff isn’t looking good and I really hope they listen to feedback on this.

Yeah, if people can pay for advantages with their credit cards, I will finally uninstall the game and never look back. Maybe I will just log in once a week to get the new troops or weapons, but that’s pretty much it.
Hopefully the guild war pass just increases rewards that you can earn like the pvp pass, but I will wait and see. This past year has been…well…horrible in pvp, and I may finally have a good enough reason to end this madness…
