At its best, it is a 9% lower chance to proc than Kerberos for 8 more mana. . Kerberos, a very old legendary troop. This is significantly worse than Archduke and Consort of Darkness. I get not powercreeping everything, but can the last Friday Mythic of the Year not be a total dud? or can it at least be comparable to Archduke and Consort which are already very mid troops? Can it at least not be worse than Kerberos? And why does this troop get Enraged and 5 Attack? The traits it has does not support it being a front line troop and its spell doesnt interact with Enraged and extra attack at all… Its better than nothing, but its basically nothing. ---

Grimhorn Bloodeye is even more of a useless mythic because he makes it harder to get Mistralus, (a top 10 mythic) and The Onyx Giant (who is very good in Stormhiem and giant restrictions). The only thing that will save him is to dramatically increase his boost ratio to at least ×8, so that he can have a maximum chance to kill an enemy at 79%. 31% is way too low. This frozen cyclops reminds me of Pyroohemus. Absolutely useless with a boost ratio that doesn’t even matter. I’m recalling those epic trials in Broken Spire now, which were absolutely horrible with trying to make that legendary even remotely useful. This mythic will be the same. Too much trouble for a very underwhelming spell. Another trophy troop that will get thrown in the trash… ---

Think this may be a craftable for the anniversary. I think immortals are the new mythics and we not be getting our wigs span around by any new mythics , dont look like there even wasting any time thinking about them either, theres a scorpius clone on the list too belonging to leonis empire, if memory serves, so my guess is there sliding thing toward a pay to win model. And when i say guess im understating. … Its a money grab. But hey thats the world were living in. ---

Sadly the boost ratio is still 2x, so the max you can have is an extra 16%. I’d take my chances with other Mythic/Legendary troops. The flower dragons got renamed, but no other details yet. ---

Only in Gems of War could the response to complaints of a Burning Chest’s contents be to create a _second_ type of Burning Chest with most of the complained about contents removed. Could have simply improved the current chest instead of having the players fish for more. ---

By cooking, I mean using a lighter to cook a steak. It’s still not particularly good, but sometimes it can actually do something now. And really, that’s all I dare to ask for. There may be moments where you “can” slot this into Elemental or Giant or Stormheim teams, but I think there’s stiff competition for troops in all 3 categories already. ---

I have a cruel theory, they will nerf Stellarix and just pass on the damage to the new grass vomit pokemon dragons. My wish is them to be Uber doomskulls converters but the art is not close to it. ---

I’m sure they will give the pathfinder trait to the holy archer to keep the theme of journey troops using a bow. Or at least we hope. Oh boy…divine journey…when we were all worrying about those troops breaking the meta with infinite loops while cleansing themselves. With so many new and powerful options we have gotten since then, it wouldn’t make as much of a difference anymore. Sure Mercy could get a lucky starting board to give the holy archer an extra turn to start looping, but part of that just has to do with bad luck. I’m not going to try to and overanalyze this and just leave it at that…🍺 ---

They might not pay much attention to a throwaway remark in this thread, but if you say something directly and suggest how it needs to be fixed, this is something that’s one of those simple “server side” fixes that can theoretically be done in the blink of an eye. ---

They have let us know several times such pestering is considered exactly that, pestering. More precisely, any attempt to contact them based on data extracted from game files still being worked on will definitely never get forwarded to those working on those game files and may have unpleasant consequences for whoever participated in the attempt. It doesn’t help that issues predicted by the community due to looking at the games files come to pass amazingly often, and tend to only receive that “simple server side fix” once whichever event got crippled has run its course. It’s still a few weeks till Journey, they’ll probably give the troop another pass. But I wouldn’t bet on it, and it will be interesting to see how this unfolds this time. ---
