Most likely they would do the cost of leveling as the multiplier. I would be all over that deal for even garnok at 2500 souls. ---

This upcoming guy looks like a _beast._ BOREALIS Legendary [3011\_NAME] Dragon Blizzard (18 Yellow/Blue) Freeze all enemies. Deal [5+Magic] damage to a random enemy. (Insulated, Water Link, Icy Cloak) Icy Cloak: Deal triple Skull damage vs. Frozen enemies. ---

Just put Herdmaster in the Team against that hidden Troop and you turn it into the pre-Ascension Common damage range. Every Troop and every Trait in this game has a hard counter to it. 😉 ---
