# Shopping is Blocked

Everything that would require actual currency in the shop is blocked, saying “You already own this and cannot purchase it again”. In my case, not true. My b/f gave me some ‘Independence Funds’ to get the Lapina bundle. On the xbox one.

Hey I’m sorry you’re having this issue.

You might need to change your Xbox settings:

1. On the Xbox home screen click the Xbox button on your controller
2. Select Settings
3. Select account
4. Select Privacy & online safety
5. Select Xbox Live privacy
6. Select View details & customise
7. Select Buy & Download
8. Turn Off “ask before buying”

Then check to see if you can purchase things in Gems of War after that.  
I know this isn’t ideal sorry, you might want to turn the setting on again when you’re done.
