Thanks for your patience, this lasted for less than 3 hours from 9 AM - 12 PM GMT, after which our server team worked with our hosts to resolve the issue. The team is looking into ways to improve the server reliability and mitigate problems that may arise in the future - especially thanks to @CliffyA who worked on this late last night for us 😃
