# \[RESOLVED\] Spinning gems after victory

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
I was expecting a Victory sign to drop down from above, as it usually does after winning a match. Instead I get the “loading” gems floating across the screen for a minute or so, and then the app closes. When I open the app again, the match is counted as a loss.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
It has happened 10-15 times I guess, and always after winning a match. PvP, explore, Bounty, hero class thursday event, weekend delve. The latter two costs sigils, so that is where the bug “hurts” the most. It began after the latest update.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
I suspect it may be related to the 1-hour tribute? I feel I play quite a few matches before the bug kicks in, so I sometimes close & re-open the app, in an attempt to “reset” the risk of the bug happening. I may be way off though.
