@Jeto Every time (3 times) I submitted a ticket for the missing GW rewards of the last day, every time this ticket was closed. The first 2 times everyone got a compensation, also those who did not send a ticket. The third time no one got a compensation as far as I know. I hope you treat every player equally, vip or not, but when I see that many non vip players ended up getting double rewards I wonder why I still continue to support your game. So I hope you still send me the GW rewards of the last day 3 times, but I hope even more that you solve the problem by the next GW event. Thanks in advance. Invite code PATJE, guild Sons of Anarchy

If anything, I have asked for no tickets, and no further reports.
The tickets are being closed as we are going to be resending that mail out to **everyone** who has still not received it.
Tickets would only be requested if there is an issue that only affects you or a small group of people, and we are individually compensating or providing troubleshooting, or need to ask for further details about your account.

100 gold marks to compensate for the lack of reward for the last day of guild wars, but what about the compensation for the rest, 1 day fighting against ourselves and 2 days of guild wars inaccessible because of a crash, for me it doesn’t count

Thats not what the Gold Marks is at all, the Gold Marks were for Guilds who were blocked from playing Guild Wars completely.
Which also already had their initial compensation go out. [Check this thread](https://community.gemsofwar.com/t/reported-fighting-ourself-on-day-2-of-guild-wars/87961/43)
This code went out yesterday, before I got a chance to make a post - if you don’t have it sitting in your inbox, or haven’t double check you already collected in the past 24 hours, lemme know your invite code
For example @DDPGreen I can see you collected yours yesterday at 1:56 PM AEST.

Hi Jeto - just to be clear, are you saying that final day GW rewards, for those that played and won, have not yet been sent out?
(I hope so, as myself and others in my guild have still not received our final day GW reward)

Yesterday, around 2 PM AEST, the code was updated to resend the end of Guild Wars rewards - if you are still missing it, and you have confirmed it’s not in your inbox (collected or waiting to be collected).
@Namour, I already have your account details, which I will pass on to the team to look at why some players are still failing to receive the rewards.
As I can also see, some players got the mail yesterday without any issues.
