A lot of people haven’t received the last day rewards. Do we all need to submit tickets or will the rewards be sent like last GWs when the rewards were not given as well?

Hmm, I opened the game 5 minutes after reset, so it must be too soon then?
On a different note, how do we even submit tickets these days? I managed to get to this page
and press the button logic suggests I should, but all it does is redirect me back go the forum, no ticket form appears. Am I too dumb or something?

Got the same problem too. Was told My Guild (dead as it is) won the day, the game stops responding when at the notification window and I’m forced to ‘cold restart’ the entire game and the rewards were GONE! Like I had missed the entire days worth of Guild Wars battles. Really angry and the devs need to compensate us for this! Completely unacceptable.

We beat the guild we actually faced yesterday. Then bug RNG decided that we lost against a guild that didn’t face our defense.
Good to see the new Guild Wars is just as bugged as the old one.

I received the 60 marks for Thursdays win that i missed but we did not get anything for Sunday not being able to open up to play or even collect the rewards
And also nothing monday for the sunday battles that we couldn’t even enter to fight.
Are we gonna drop on the leaderboards because of this and how will things play out after this horrible guild wars riddled with bugs.
We lost 3 more players this week, unfortunately.
Please do something about all this plus the players who bought the medallion and couldn’t complete it. Do they need a ticket as well?

Just echoing others with not getting GW rewards for the final day. I also logged in shortly after reset. Some others in the guild have received theirs though.

Hey all!
Just jumping in here as Jeto is still out sick. I followed up with the devs for an update and they let me know they’re currently investigating the causes behind the issue so they can get it fixed before the next Guild Wars event.
Once they’ve found it the missing rewards will be sent out to all the player who were effected.
