Collected the rewards from the daily win and nothing was sent to me.
**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**
2nd day if wars so first win.

I haven’t received the reward, too (android). I claimed the reward, of course, but no gold marks were added to my inventory. Yesterday there were 37 goldmarks in my inventory, I should have received 50 goldmarks. I still have 37 goldmarks.

Yesterday I didn’t check if the rewards for winning on Thursday were added to the inventory, but yesterday in the GW results there was again an error with the name of the enemy guild - we defeated our own guild! And today there was no message at all about winning or losing on Friday (we won again yesterday) and there are no rewards!
The game is turning into an endless series of bugs… ☹
P.S. The message about yesterday’s victory and rewards appeared late, but the name of the guild of yesterday’s opponent is wrong again.

There’s a delay in getting the rewards. Yesterday i collected a few for my guild mate in the eveninh and recieved them.
So i have told the guild to hold off until later after reset.

The victory was displayed 15 minutes after the reset, despite having collected the mailbox, I was able to recover the morale bonus and the gold marks, Jeto, it’s really a disaster, it’s GW Event, you worked more than a year on its design to have all these bugs and in addition there were beta players, what was the point? , it’s desperate and the matchmaking still doesn’t work, we are in the 30 to 40 bracket in the GW and we had to face the guild which is number 1 in the world in the old GW, and of course we got assassinated, so 0 rewards and the disgust of our players, it’s really a shame the way your management manages this GW, a total lack of respect for the entire player base, and the other time in your observation of the enormous failure of the penultimate GdG, we didn’t even have the right to a word of apology, is politeness not appropriate in Australia? or is it only at IP2 that people are uneducated. We all love this game but every week you spoil our fun. Distressing

And yet again I haven’t received the email with the Gw rewards.
VIP 9 here, and I have bought all the GW medallions so far. What for? To be striped out of rewards two days out of 3 that we have won?! I’m on the verge of ragequitting.

I just got the usual final day popup saying that rewards were sent to the mailbox; no mail received. Is anyone else having this issue for specifically the last day of GW?

No reward here either but we fought ourself because guild wars was released with many problems, I won’t be spending money to support this anymore. -vip 18

I had a popup “you won, rewards in the mail” about 45 minutes after weekly reset; now, almost an hour later, inbox is still empty.
I’m still asking around in the guild (Dominant) but know that not everybody was affected.
So, should proper ticket be created or is it enough if I put my invite code here?

I’ve submitted a ticket. Because, you know, this is the third time when I don’t get the rewards.
We’ve been discussing this in our guild na rasslabone.
So far it seems that players who logged into the game right after the reset, haven’t received the mail. Those who logged about 30 minutes after the reset, received their rewards.
