# \[Resolved\] Music plays when music is all the way down

**Iphone 12, IOS 15.6.1**
I’ve always had the music and sound volume all the way down. In the past couple days it started playing a tune while the volume is still down. It usually only happens when I have a Bluetooth connected but it has happened out of the usual phone speakers as well. Its not the usual music. If you go into settings and increase the music volume it plays a different music.
It happens almost every time I have blutooth connected. It started about 1/25/24

In order to ivnestigate this issue further, please record video footage of this volume/music issue so that the development team can see which track that is being played.

I’ve been notified that this issue is most likely with your device as the music track that plays when the Gems of War sound volume is down does not belong to Gems of War.
Perhaps you have another app open in the background that is playing music.

It stops when I close gems. Its not from another app.

Here it is doing it again, you can see it stood and starts with gems and I’ve closed out of every other app.
