N/A (in reward email not received)
**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**
Our guild won the last day but the rewards were not received in mail. I already filed a bug report but raising it here too as many of the guildies had the same issue. Not sure if this has happened to other guids as well.
**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**
Happened today when we should have received the last day’s win rewards.
**Steps to make it happen again**
Check in game mail

Same for me. Screen froze. I restarted game and no reward. Also ticket submitted

Same here. It Frooze my screen and rewards was in my mail. So check your mail first peeps!

Rewards were NOT in the mail as stated. Also not on collected mail. So for some they were just never delivered

Oh, sorry, you are right. They were in “Collected”, as the first thing I do in the morning is mail.
The screen freezing is a bug though.

Didn’t see anything in my mail. Nothing in collected.
Could it be related to being online at reset? (restarting did not help)

Same: won the day, nothing in the mail; was not in the game _at_ reset but hopped in shortly after.

Did not get the reward sent via mail either. Some in our guild got it, some not.

too many not receiving last day gw rewards, when is this going be fix @Jeto. you must take better responsibility on these matters, we place top in all parts of gw in SOA and I constantly hear no gw rewards given out on the last day, what gives ? The old gw we got them with out fail. The new gw has so many bugs that its unbelievable that it took you devs 1.5 yrs to get new gw started only to have so many bugs. @Jeto , i also see some get them in the mail many do not. to stop this bug please program that we can manually go back into gw reward area and collected them like the previous days. that cant be hard to do. then all a player needs to do is collect their rewards there ezpz .
