They are replaced by either a clear image or a white box. (The screenshots show 5 locations where the image is missing, so you can play some “Where’s Wally?”) On iPad, it’s even worse, but probably a separate issue: battle loading screens sometimes display the troop images then revert to white boxes, or sometimes diagonal lines. **How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?** Always for the Immortals, starting with Immortal Furnax. Less predictable for the second, iPad issue (which may be related to “only” having 2GB of RAM). **Steps to make it happen again** Please don’t make it happen again! Please just fix it properly. 🙂 ---

Yep, this has been an issue on Xbox since furnax released and continues with each new immortal. ---

I’m on ps5 and seeing the same thing, so it’s definitely a widespread issue. ---
