# \[resolved\] Can't collect chest in Underspire

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
_I was expecting to get a chest reward, I got the error._

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
_It’s happened on two different chests. Just happened approx 2245 EST. Had been fine earlier in the day._

**Steps to make it happen again**  
_I tried a different room and got the same result_

It was fine for me earlier today as well but now I’m getting cliffy errors as well when collecting chests.

Update 1 hour later: collecting Underspire chests is working again.

Sorry, this error happened right after I had finished for the day but the team fixed it up pretty quickly
