# \[Reported\] Watch Ads is Broken

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
Selecting “watch ad” should make an ad available to watch.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
It’s happened for at least 6 months now. Usually restarting the game will fix it. I tried 3 restarts to no avail. But like most things in Gems of War when they break… clearing the Cache finally made it so I could watch the ad.

**Steps to make it happen again**

It’s annoying though when it happens.
