# \[Reported\] Underspire fight unavailable

PC/Mobile. Verified on Steam, Android, and iOS

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
Attempting to access an Underspire fight. The room is highlighted but the fight screen isn’t shown.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
First occurrence. I haven’t seen this issue before and it is only occurring on this particular Underspire room.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Unknown

Have you tried to reboot the game using the forcestop method? Hold down the steam button and B for 5 seconds  
Or hold the power button for 15 seconds or if you have a traditional pc go to your task manager and quit the game from memory and start it back up,

if your on an android go to apps, find the game and force close it. (I’d also clear the cache while your here too before you force close it)

Hi. Thank you for your suggestion.  
I have rebooted my PC with no change in behavior. On Android, I have also cleared the application cache and rebooted the phone with no change in behavior.

To clarify from the parent post, I have tested this issue on the same account across three different devices that are different operating systems and application platforms. To me, that’s a very strong indicator that this is not a client-side issue (or at least not one I can resolve on my end).
