On 8.5 can no longer kick a player. cliffy-KU06UWD1UK Guild master and his vices cannot perform this op Seems like that affects NEW players only (aka joined AT 8.5 patch drop) ---

Jeto, I reported this issue elsewhere, 2 days ago and just found this thread. I can confirm same issue, as reported in my other bug report, with this update: I was, just a bit ago, able to kick a player who joined the guild 75 days ago. I am still unable to kick a player who joined 3 days ago. iOS & PC platform attempted, both result in the reported Cliffy error when trying to kick the player who joined after the update. (Can the devs kick a player for me?) ---

Moreover, we had enabled ‘invites only’, yet somehow a player joined and no way to remove him but a ticket. What a show ---

Anyone who is submitting a ticket, as we are getting more reports now - currently we are waiting for a fix to be released, which is likely to happen before we can manually kick the players for each guild now sending in reports. I would say for now, you do not need to submit a ticket at all. Once we release a fix, it should resolve it for everyone. ---

Is there anyway this one can be given priority? It is very hard on the guild morale to not be able to kick freeloaders. ---

Same issue here. I was able to kick a player earlier today, who joined the guild yesterday. as usual when there is no money issue like with the shiny keys, the bugs are never fixed or after several months, the players are really taken for idiots ---

Yesterday, I was able to kick a loser player who joined yesterday (no active play for 192 days??!!) . I still cannot kick the freeloader who joined on Sunday a week ago. He hasn’t played AT ALL. Insult? He donated some gold on Thursday, I am sure collected all the loot hard working players generated. I submitted a ticket on Saturday morning asking devs to remove him. It’s the least they can do until they fix this imo. ---

I wonder what decides whether kicking works or not. Gut feeling says it’s something related to the player profile. Maybe they haven’t updated to 8.5 yet and the guild coding is unable to remove players with profiles still in the 8.4 format? What’s the last active play for that player? ---

Excellent question! The player I cannot kick actually played a couple of battles 4 hours ago (finally). So in 8 days, he has a total of 9 trophies. This is SO aggravating. ) The player I was able to kick on the day they joined, (either yesterday or day before) had not played for 192 days (seriously!) ---

I’m having an issue kicking a player out of my guild! Every time I press kick the games freezes and a server error comes up on the screen and it’s restarts the game! It’s absolutely ridiculous that this hasn’t been fixed yet. Another kick in the teeth for loyal guild members. Please please please sort this out as a matter of priority. ---
