I click collect and it just does nothing. I purchased the pass after reaching level 60 and have been unable to claim anything since. I have restarted the game numerous time, leaving it closed for upwards of a few hours a few times. ---

If you still have the issue, you should write a ticket. That is the best way to get the attention of someone who can fix this. ---
