My guild mate has also said she can’t buy it, it’s unavailable (even though she already paid for it). Just checked and mine says the same thing (though I haven’t paid for it). ---

Will this be resolved before the end of guild wars? Unfair advantage if it’s available in some regions and not in others! Or will it be purchasable after guild wars? ---

Same here, I was unable to purchase it as well saying it was not available in my region Australia. It’s a bit unfair that this wasn’t fixed and we should be compensated for it. ---

50 gems is compensation?no way,this is spit to face your customers,sorry but is it true!!i want Artema tokens not gems,i have 10 000+ gems why send me another 50 gems,i want rewards from medallion not this. You punish your customers for loyality,unbelieveble.
