I know Mistralus has the correct image.  
And I don’t think it’s a device model issue. The issue is there, it has been reported by several members of my guild, with different device models. Pointing this out in case it’s helpful for the team.

Update: the display issues with Black Bjorn and Shahbanu were fixed for me with the 4.9 update.

Shahbanu graphic still not fixed for me on iOS. And the very first thing I did after opening the updated app was to download all assets.
