# \[Reported\] Screen goes tiny

**Platform, device version and operating system:**  
PS5

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
After opening and exiting chat during battles, the screen sucks in and goes tiny, almost half normal size. Stays that way until I exit to main map (where I get a popup and cliffy error usually).

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Happening since daily reset.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Enter battle, open chat, close chat.

Might be linked to the bug or bad design around the map screen, since the last redesign, meaning the sizing on the map screen is different to everywhere else. So, chat is sized differently when opening on the map screen, compared to opening chat anywhere else.  
Now, opening chat anywhere but the map screen resizes the game in line with the broken scaling on the map screen, I guess?

Any update on this? It actually seems to have gotten worse, and is driving me nuts!!

Still happening to me sometimes. Just not every time. Don’t know if they tried to fix it and failed.
