**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
I expected to receive Ranks for the Memories achievement when accomplishing all PVP goals, but instead didn’t get it.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Once.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Complete all PVP goals.
