# \[Reported\] PVP battles freezing

**I won the battle and then expected to see victory then my rewards but the battle would not complete. Couldnt retreat. Had to exit to home close the game and restart. Went back to the same area won a battle, then the next battle it happened again. Waiting a few minutes each time but the battle did not complete and could not finish or exit.**

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
It happened twice about 4pm PST. Did nlt continue trying after that. In the brown restriction kingdom.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Uknown if its happening in just this PVP kingdom or others.

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
Cast a spell, iron hawk trait killed last enemy so no target for spell to hit. Game just sits there expecting you to pick an enemy target.

_REPLACE THIS TEXT WITH YOUR ISSUE. e.g. Sometimes there are certain steps that can lead to a problem that may not be obvious! Example: I lose once in the Arena, I then exit to the world map, select broken Spire on the Map and enter Arena. broken spire’s quest lost instead._

Had PVP battles freeze on me 3 times yesterday, never happened before. Once with empty box error, noted elsewhere on these forums, once without. Since it never happened to me before in over 4 years of playing the game on PC, I have to believe it is related to yesterday’s addition of the Daemonic Gem to the game. All incidents were in PVP, one cost me a Citadel battle.
