Ps4 **Screenshot or image:** **What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:** Got to level 2000 on the new delve. Opened the chest after completing it. Collected my mail, no pet in the mail. **How often does this happen? Phantom Fox’s Mana Burn doesn’t work either, it doesn’t count magic to the damage. So many bugs with this delve. ---

Yes I posted on the “new faction” topic. I can barely even afford to do this delve what with having bought 30 eggs and still no sixth dragon. NOW THIS 😡 The pets of course can help in achieving pure faction but doubt if the devs will even address this before reset when it will be too horribly late. UGH ! ---

I can’t with this company… We’ll probably get 50 gems and a lukewarm apology even though some of us may need to buy more tiers to finish the delve which cost more than 50 gems. ---
