# \[Reported\] New update changed aspect ratio

Android 14, Samsung one UI6.1

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
Just go into game UI and you can see the black bars on both sides of my phone. In the screenshot, the black bar cuts off part of the guild menu

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Since I updated to 8.4

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Just open the game on your phone

Here it is. I play on samsung galaxy s23 ultra. The black bars were not there before the update.
