# \[Reported\] Missing graphics

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
_Multiple missing graphical assets for various troops and abilities. Orpheus priestess, bane of mercy, burnt offerings skill on eldritch disciple_

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
_Ongoing issue on android. First instance was zhulkari event where battlecrasher was invisible_

**Steps to make it happen again**  
_Any review of said troops and their abilities_

We should start reporting when graphics show up when new troops are launched. It’ll reduce the amount of reports for this way too often issue.

- Does anyone know what other platforms this issue is appearing on?

Last two Glory troops do not have their artwork. Tried the “download additional assets” function and still doesn’t work. IOS platform.

For those of us on Android without the troop artwork for Bane of Mercy there is alternative artwork for the ‘No Mercy’ skill which is something at least 🙂
