**Platform, device version and operating system:** XBox One **What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:** I bought the Orb of Power in the Lost Souls Reward Shop and was expecting to earn the achievement for earning an Orb of Power from a holiday event. I didn’t get the achievement after earning the Orb of Power. **How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?** N/A **Steps to make it happen again** N/A ---
