# \[Reported\] Inactive Reminders Despite Playing Daily

**Platform, device version and operating system:** Mobile, Samsung Galaxy S24, Android

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
I expect to only get inactive reminders when I don’t play for 2 days or more. Alas.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
Since the new update / switch to the new notification provider.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Play the game with inactive reminders enabled.

I’m sorry to report that this problem has not been fixed with the latest update, despite the patch notes stating otherwise.
