**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
I expect consistency in naming. Make up your mind. Is it C-H-ern-A-bog or C-Z-ern-O-bog? Hint: the right answer is probably neither, since the original name is C-H-ern-O-bog.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
I have no idea how many times you screwed his name up yet.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Played the Hellcrag quest.
