**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**
After the daily reset i was supposed to get rewards for the guild wars win via mailbox, but the message hasnt been delivered.
**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**
First time.
**Steps to make it happen again**
Wait till the next guild wars are finished.

Same here, our guild “na rasslabone” won the last day of Guild wars.
At least, two members, including myself, haven’t received their rewards yet.

same, Xbox One. Was off the game before reset. Came on after reset. PvP rewards came fine, Guild Wars rewards did not come in.

Same here, Xbox, no Wars daily reward for Sunday (yesterday), I was on through weekly reset, “uncollected event rewards” not showing in collected.

My alt account has received the wrong reward.
During the GW this account was in guild ranked #8. On Tuesday I removed it to the guild #14721.
And now I’ve received 11 gold marks, not 50 which I should have received.

Because you had changed Guilds before the rewards were received, they were the rewards as though you had always been in the new guild - we are getting that sorted for you today
