# \[Reported\] Fire Rift crest portrait STILL not available for Gems

Despite being reported before, as part of a similar bug, the Fire Rift crest portrait (second-last in the right column of the screenshot) is STILL not available to buy for Gems.

This portrait came into the game years ago (probably on the 4th February 2022). It’s clearly a bug that it hasn’t unlocked yet.

**What Else is Not Unlocked**

Because there may be other cosmetic chat items affected by this bug, here is the full list of locked cosmetics from my test account. I suggest that you check all of these against their release dates, at the same time as you fix the Fire Rift portrait bug.
