~~I’ll follow up, but it might be specifically the game mode PvP and not generally the type of battle..~~ Looks like it only progresses when fighting non-AI Guild Wars opponents, I’ve asked for this to be changed - awaiting a response! ---

That is an incorrect assumption. I had both AI teams and player teams on my GW. The two battles on my screenshot are from normal pvp.
