Making a new thread to get some clarity.

Console players getting game crashing when trying to play Guild Wars, and **it is not resolving after a restart**.

Yes. This. We lost against #1, #2 and #4 on Xbox and today we couldn’t participate because there was no opponent set. Therefore the game always crashes and we need compensation, especially those that paid for the GWs pass (like me).

Team has found the issue.

I am aware there is not much time left in the event and there already has been multiple days of this being an issue - so I will chase up compensation when I can, after the fix.

I had same issue on Xbox all day yesterday, everyone in our guild did. Unable to do anything on Wars menu, game soft locks then reboots to Xbox Home Screen. No chance to do battles, claim or buy rewards, which I did pay for pass, and missed out on all free and -$$$ rewards too
