# \[Reported/Contact Support\] Cliffy after PvP Pet Rescue

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**
_I triggered a pet rescue in PvP (after waiting for the ongoing pet rescue to finish). The pet rescue screen popped up which took me to the pet rescue event. Once I completed this, I returned to PvP to continue my battles in the same region. That is when the cliffy appeared._
**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**
_Every time I rescue the pet which I triggered in PvP and return to the same PvP region to continue my battles._
**Steps to make it happen again**
- _Finish the pet rescue battle in PvP (after waiting for the ongoing pet rescue to finish), select which pet you want to rescue._
- _Wait for pet rescue screen to pop up and rescue the pet by completing all the battles._
- _Return to PvP (same region) and continue your PvP battles._

Add my name to the list of victims. I lost _two_ pet chances (after using Gnome Bait both times) that immediately went to a Cliffy error after winning the battle! Never even got a chance to pick a pet. I have now lost something (twice) that I have spent real world money on and will probably never be able to recuperate : ( (Xbox Series X)

Same here, found a pet gnome, clicked on rescue and went to the pet rescue, after rescuing the pet was back in PvP and continued on where I left. Cliffy error right away.
I chose the cosmetic pet on the right side (not sure that is relevant.)
