# \[Reported\] CLIFFFY Error in tutorial after long time not playing

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
I did not play this game for a while. When I installed it again recently I chose the load cloud option. Now I can’t play because I get sent to the tutorial and after the first fight I get the error in the screenshot.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
It happens every time I finish the first tutorial combat.

Sounds like you player profile is borked server side, you’ll probably want to open a ticket [here](https://gemsofwar.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) to get it fixed.

Thanks for the advice. I did open a ticket but I thought it wouldn’t hurt to also ask here. Maybe there was an easy fix for it.
