So looks like it works in a game mode where it shouldn’t, soooo my bet for a GW is “yes”) ---

Played a few rounds of Arena to see if I could replicate any opponents status effects being popped for no reason. No video or screenshot, but can confirm that submerge popped off the opponent’s fourth troop, despite them not casting, and not being the lead troop (ie if they did a skull hit). ---

There may be a hotfix coming for a couple of issues, in which case a fix for this could go out before 9.2 ---
