# \[REPORTED\] Android Cliffy error resulting in delve loss

Android

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**  
I was fighting first room of the City of Thieves delve. The enemy died, I won, so I was expecting rewards. Instead I get error CLIFFY-ERRNU9OIBF. The only option presented was to restart the game. Doing so resulted as a loss for the delve.

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
This is the first time I have ever received a Cliffy error.

**Steps to make it happen again**  
Since this is the first time I had this happen, I do not know how to reproduce it. I won the fight in the delve when the error popped up.

I will be submitting a support ticket as well as this incorrectly resulted as a loss, and delve runs are limited.

Sorry this happened to you, losing in a delve is definitely not ideal. First time I’ve seen that error as well.

Unfortunately, I did read that you shouldn’t get your hopes up re: the delve loss:
