**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:**
Achievement should have unlocked when passing the 20k threshold. It is instead locked at 99%. A bronze icon was redeemed pushing me from 19,xxx to 20,xxx.
**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**
Every time VP increases achievement fails to unlock. At time of writing 21,805 VP this season.
**Steps to make it happen again**
Icon Exchange fails to trigger achievement for passing 20k VP.
Is there no achievement check for value change when performing this action? Additionally it would appear there is no check after completing battles if that value has already been exceeded.
