I levelled up and received sword of heroes weapon went to look for it and…

You have most likely sorted out this issue, but for any who look to this thread for relief: this happened to me as well, but after restarting the game, the weapon appeared in my arsenal.

Same here. It said I got it, then I didn’t have it. Then I left the game. Later when I played again, I actually had it.

Same here. Seems it needs a restart for the weapon to show up but I’m good now. (iOS)
