It appears that Tier 4 bought by 30 active members is needed to finish all the world event portals. That coupled with the insane difficultly of the Glaycion battles at high levels begs me to wonder. Does anyone even bother to see how many people are actually playing the game? The guild events? And is any thought at all put into that when deciding with zero transparency how these gimmicky points are decided? If Gems of War is dying.
