# Rate the game pop up

Iphone 10 iOS 12.1.4

App keeps asking me to rate the game, when I click on “rate” nothing happens. I went to the app store and rated game. But the “rate the game” message still keeps popping up and doesn’t link to anything. It’s annoying

_‘I was trying to start an Arena battle, but Gems of War loaded Broken Spire quest instead!’_

**How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?**  
_Was this a once-off bug or has it been a consistent issue? Does it only happen after doing a particular game mode?_

**Steps to make it happen again**  
_Sometimes there are certain steps that can lead to a problem that may not be obvious!_  
_Example: I lose once in the Arena._  
_I then exit to the world map._  
_I then tap on Broken Spire on the map and then tap Arena._  
_Broken Spire’s quest loads instead of the Arena_

Hello

Have you force closed and reopened the game since it started crashing? (follow closed not just minimised). Please check you’ve updated your game to the [latest version 4.3.2](https://gemsofwar.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005059843)

If it keeps happening can you please grab a crash log:
