# Raid boss rewards not giving all orbs

**What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?**  
Collected portal 9 reward from this week’s raid boss, but instead of the 2 orbs of chaos unveiling screen, was only presented with 1. It was an orb of growth, which is a double whammy.  
**What are the steps to make it happen again?**  
Unsure, others can try collecting multiple orbs.  
**Do you have any screenshots or video you want to share with us so we can see the problem? Attach them to your post!**  
Unfortunately, no. failed to capture a screenshot.
